Turnaround Times

Photography is delivered within 24 hours of your appointment. Video, Matterport 3D Tours, floor plans, and other media are typically delivered within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Please ensure the property is accessible and photo-ready at the scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to complete the shoot due to lack of access, incorrect property information, or an unprepared property, a $75 service fee may apply.

Appointments canceled after 4:00 PM on the business day prior to the scheduled shoot, or after our arrival on-site, may also be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

Property Preparation

Properties should be cleaned, staged, and ready before the appointment begins. Our team may make minor adjustments such as turning on lights or opening blinds, but we do not move furniture, valuables, or large personal items. Properties are photographed in their current condition.

Weather Policy

Drone services and exterior photography are weather permitting. If weather conditions prevent us from capturing the property as intended, appointments may be rescheduled or exterior images may be completed during a return visit. Additional travel fees may apply for requested reshoots.

Copyright & Licensing

All photographs, videos, floor plans, 3D tours, and other media produced by Morse Media remain the exclusive intellectual property of Morse Media.

Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for marketing the listed property, promoting their real estate services, and related business purposes. Any commercial, editorial, third-party, or resale use outside the original intended purpose requires prior written permission from Morse Media.
